Trusterra was born from a simple but powerful insight: The future of mobility in India is electric, but trust is missing from the journey.
As entrepreneurs who had seen both the promise and pain points of India's EV revolution firsthand, buyers were unsure about battery health.
Lenders struggled to assess risk of an EV’s usage and battery life, while sellers saw their vehicles undervalued despite good upkeep.
With no reliable way to measure EV trustworthiness and no CIBIL-like score for electric vehicles, we created one to bring clarity, confidence and fairness.

Tanvir Singh
Co-founder & CEO
With 15+ years in clean-tech and 8 years in India’s EV sector, Tanvir has built and scaled multiple high-impact ventures. He created affordable solar solutions at Solar Cube (successfully exited) and helped Mooving become India’s 4th-largest Battery-as-a-Service company. At TrusTerra, he is driving deeptech and battery lifecycle innovation to build India’s most trusted pre-owned EV ecosystem.
Madhu Reddy
Co-founder & CTO
Madhu is an Aeronautical Engineer with 15+ years of technical and product experience in EVs. At eTrio, he led the development of India’s first retrofitted EVs and later deepened his expertise in battery technology in China. With a strong foundation in engineering and product strategy, Madhu now leads TrusTerra’s technology roadmap, building advanced models and systems for the pre-owned EV market.
Saurabh Arora
Co-founder & CBO
Saurabh brings over a decade of experience in clean-tech and EV growth. He co-founded ShareDesk, scaled Amplus Solar’s PPA portfolio to 200MW, and built a 100+ partner network at Mooving. At TrusTerra, he heads sales and commercial strategy, bringing strong market execution and channel leadership to expand India’s pre-owned EV footprint.
Chanakya Chirag
Co-founder & CCO
Chanakya has a diverse leadership background across mobility, fintech, and gaming. He co-founded fintech platforms Valyu AI and Artham, focused on expanding financial access, and previously led strategic initiatives at Gameskraft as Chief of Staff. An MBA from the University of Glasgow, he now oversees TrusTerra’s financing strategy, enabling scalable and inclusive EV ownership.
